Susan Salazar is a highly experienced Realtor® serving Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Arrington, College Grove, Thompson’s Station, Spring Hill, and Columbia, TN. Since 2004, she has been helping families buy and sell homes across Middle Tennessee, bringing more than 20 years of expertise, strong community connections, and a background in design to every transaction.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee, with a minor in Architecture. Before beginning her real estate career, she worked for Gresham Smith and Partners in both the Corporate and Healthcare divisions. Her design training gives her clients an advantage when it comes to staging, marketing, and seeing the true potential in a home.

At Keller Williams Realty, Susan serves as both an agent and an investor in the market center. She is also part of the education team, where she mentors and trains new agents. She specializes in helping clients with home buying, home selling, relocation, and real estate investing.

In addition to her full-time real estate business, Susan is also a real estate investor, owning vacation rental properties near the Great Smoky Mountains. She loves helping other investors learn how to build wealth through real estate.

Susan and her husband Craig, a Franklin native, have been married for 30 years and are the proud parents of three children. Their family attends Church of the City in Franklin and has been very active in Scouts over the years.
