Inglehame Farms is located in Brentwood TN, just 15 minutes south of downtown Nashville on 205 beautiful acres.  Home sites are 1/2 acre, with some larger.  There are approximately 150 homes located in the neighborhood.

You enter the neighborhood following a tree lined drive.  As you approach the first stop sign you go left or right to your new home or straight ahead to the neighborhoods historic home.

The community includes a clubhouse, pool, and green space.

Inglehame Farms started construction in 2000 with Beazer Homes, Drees Homes and select custom builders.  The neighborhood seems to be just about complete, however Beazer Homes is advertising a New Phase coming this fall.  Check with Beazer and Drees homes if interested in building a new home is this prestigious neighborhood.

Beazer homes in Inglehame range from 4233 to 5571 square feet with a price range starting in the mid $600's.  The Beazer model home is located at 9178 Sydney Lane Brentwood, TN 37027.  The model is only open by appointment only.  If interested please let Susan Salazar know, I would be happy to meet with you and schedule an appointment with the builders representative (Debbie Williams or Curtis Harvey).

 Drees homes in Inglehame Farms range from 3086 to 4530 square feet with a price range starting in the upper $500's.  Drees sold their model home that had been located at 1804 Grey Pointe Dr, the builders representatives are currently available by appoint only.  Again, if interested please let Susan Salazar know and I would be happy to meet with you and schedule an appointment with the builders representative (Pam Mangrum or Lynn Bradford).

Inglehame Farms is zoned to Williamson County Schools:  Kenrose Elementary, Woodland Middle School, & Ravenwood High School.

Directions to Inglehame Farms:  From Nashville follows signs to I-65 South, take I-65 South to exit 71 Concord Road, Turn left at Concord Road, Turn right on Wilson Pike.  Inglehame Farms is located south of Crockett Park and Ravenwood High School, immediately after Split Log Rd.
